Therapy Sessions
Initial assessment and therapy appointments last approximately 53 minutes. Appointments are generally Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
Most appointments are virtual with some in-person possibilities on Tuesdays only.
Insurance accepted as in-network include Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Aetna, Meritain, First Choice, LifeWise, Anthem, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
I also accept Lyra EAP.
Direct payment by card, bank, or check is accepted if not using in-network insurance. If requested, I can provide a superbill for you to get insurance reimbursement.
